Recommendation for Deep Breathing: Regulating the Autonomic Nervous System

Even when I rest, I don't feel refreshed, and my skin condition is poor. My mind can't relax. Perhaps the cause is my breathing.
Breathing is very important for regulating the autonomic nervous system.
*The autonomic nervous system is an organ that works unconsciously 24 hours a day, regulating breathing, internal organs, and body temperature, regardless of one's will.

Let's regain our vibrant spirits.

○ I often hear from therapists that many clients' necks and shoulders are stiffer than expected.

Recent causes include:

The daily use of masks, which inevitably leads to shallow breathing.

Remote work, which reduces conversation.

A vague sense of anxiety due to COVID-19.

and so on.

Pause for a moment, put your PC or smartphone aside, and try taking slow, deep breaths.
If no one is around, you might even try making a slightly louder sound.

Start slowly at your own pace.
Incidentally, breathing less than 15 times per minute is considered ideal.

Imagine oxygen circulating to every corner of your body.
Raise your arms and say, "Whoa, stretch!"
When your body is healthy, your skin should glow too.

Take a deep breath whenever you notice it! Let's make it a habit.
