7. To use information necessary for providing services to customers, such as inquiry content and billing information, as well as customer service usage status and contact information, to respond to customer inquiries.
8. Purposes incidental to the above uses.

Article 4 Management of Personal Information

We will keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date, take necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage of personal information, including maintaining security systems, developing management structures, and thoroughly training employees, implement security measures, and strictly manage personal information.

Article 5 Disclosure of Personal Information

1. When a customer requests disclosure of their personal information, we will disclose it without delay only to the customer. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, we may not disclose all or part of it, and if a decision is made not to disclose, we will notify the customer without delay.

If a customer requests the suspension or deletion of use (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of its purpose of use, or that it has been acquired improperly, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, suspend the use, etc., of the personal information and notify the customer of this. However, if the suspension of use, etc., of personal information incurs significant costs, or if it is difficult to implement the suspension of use, etc., we will take alternative measures.

Article 10 Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Changes to the Privacy Policy
