Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

A flat shipping fee of 800 yen is charged nationwide.
Orders totaling 12,000 yen or more will be shipped free of charge.

For orders that include Argan Biscuits, a flat shipping fee of 600 yen will apply, regardless of the number of boxes. These will be shipped sequentially as they are baked. The free shipping offer for purchases over ¥12,000 does not apply when combined with other products.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
This company doesn't ship internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of product arrival.The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.Opened products cannot be returned.

If there is a defect in the product, we will provide support.

Payment Methods

• Credit Card
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB for credit card payments.
• Bank Transfer
  ◎Please note that any bank transfer fees will be at your expense. We will provide bank transfer details (Mizuho Bank) after your order.
• Products will be shipped after payment confirmation.
  (Payment confirmation is processed until 3 PM on weekdays)  
  ◎If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of the order date, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  We appreciate your understanding.
• Cash on Delivery
  Note: For cash on delivery, a separate handling fee will be charged by the delivery company. (If the product is returned to us after shipment due to customer convenience, we may charge for shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.)
