Naturally, most of our customers using cactus oil are first-time users. As I apply a drop of oil, I tell them, "It smells like chocolate bread, so it's safe to eat. But I won't eat it because it's too precious." Then, I receive many happy comments from customers like, "It really smells like chocolate!" "It's oil, but it's not sticky." "It absorbs right in."

Since I don't usually have many opportunities to directly introduce products to customers, I enjoy interacting with them.

Customer feedback often provides valuable insights. "Oh, so you have those skin concerns. Everyone's worries are so different." Some people, despite already having beautiful skin, strive even harder for their ideal complexion. It was a very stimulating exhibition.
