Is cactus oil prone to oxidation?

It's been five months since we started displaying samples of cactus oil in our store. The sparkling golden color of the remaining oil has faded to a clear, colorless liquid (sobs).

It seems that the oil in the store was exposed to LED lighting all day long, accelerating oxidation. I'm sorry, oil (sobs x 2). One of the characteristics of cactus oil is its strong antioxidant properties, making it resistant to oxidation, but even it cannot withstand prolonged exposure to light. We found that our cactus oil, when stored unopened in a box, does not oxidize for three years (according to our comparison). If you block light and air, it will stay fresh longer. Once opened, please use it daily until it's finished, rather than leaving it untouched.

If you won't be using it for a while, store it in a dark place to maintain its freshness. Oil is sensitive to air, heat, and light.

Compared to cosmetics containing preservatives and additives, it requires a little more care. However, we are confident that it can fundamentally support your skin's health!
