■For those who don't like perfume, use it as a natural fragrance oil.
■For areas prone to friction, such as elbows and knees, cup your hands over them to allow the oil to penetrate.
■Apply to areas that suit you, such as the soles of your feet, along the lymph nodes, or behind your ears.
